5 I want one. I want a George Stars

Some spoilers

"Holy moly," Chelsea breathed, no longer appearing like she was about to laugh. "I want one. I want a George. Are there more like him in the mountains? Because we can close the store, fly to Colorado, and go George-shopping, only for me this time."-Chelsea

OMG I LOVED THIS BOOK! Gone Too Deep, the 3rd book in the Search and Rescue series was amazing! I don't even know were to start on all the awesome things about this book. While this book was easy to read as a standalone Katie Ruggle created such an exciting world that I am not done living it. So I will be going right to Amazon after I finish this review, buying all the other books in this series and starting from the beginning. And although I loved this book so much that I'm sure I will really enjoy the others as well, I doubt any of the other heroes will hold a candle to George.

George, George, George God but that man was a wet dream! George was this super tall, yummy, bearded, all alpha, non-talking, grunting, sexy mountain man. I spent the entire time I was reading this book swooning, awing, and yelling out "God he's so damn sexy". I loved every single thing about George there was nothing I would have changed. Nothing. He was perfect. Oh and he was a virgin. Never been kissed, never nothing. There was such a sweet and sexy innocent vulnerability to him that was so appealing and in no way took away from his manly alphaness(is that a word???). George is for sure being added to the top of my book boyfriend list.

Ellie was very sweet. She had a playfulness that was cute and goofy. I loved that she was smart. I hate stupid heroines that put themselves in danger, but Ellie was anything but. She had common sense but was still vulnerable and needed George. I also loved how loyal she was to her father. She didn't just dismiss him as crazy even though he had a metal illness. She loved and fought to help her father. It was too funny the way Ellie would interpret George's grunts and looks. She really got him and around her he was able to just be himself.

He grunted, and Ellie chose to interpret that as "Good morning, Ellie. Isn't it a lovely day?"-Ellie

Ellie and George's relationship was sweet and had an intensity that had me hanging on to every grunt and half smile. But them being together felt natural, like they were meant to be. Ellie only had eyes for George and he only had eyes for her. Experiencing all George's first with Ellie was beautiful. I was like a huge sap melting as he kissed and made love for the first time. His embarrassment, nervousness, growing confidence, and then smug satisfaction was damn sexy. I enjoyed watching George and Ellie fall in love. I enjoyed every single grunt, word, smile, and laugh that Ellie pulled out of George. It was cute the way George would pick her up all the time and carry her around like a little rag doll. I loved Lou, and Callum and Ellie's friend Chelsea. I also really liked Ellie's dad. My heart melted at Ellie at her father's relationship and his metal issues. I loved all the action and that ending. OMG that ending........ I was jumping up and down yelling OMG no way. Talk about a freakin "drive me crazy" cliffhanger. Thank God the cliffhanger was just about the plot and not the couple or I might have lost it, but now I have to wait to find out what happens next. While I wait I'm going back and reading the other books in this series. I would recommend this book to all my friends that love a little action with their love story, and sexy, alpha mountain men that only have eyes for one woman!

Now, as he tries to put the pieces back together, Trina’s the one who comforts him when his night terrors strike. It’s Trina whose warm touch rekindles a connection no man could deny. Even with the odds stacked against them, Hunter wants to believe. Because passion has the power to awaken the past—and remake the future.

My Review

4 In memory and in forgetting Stars

I really enjoyed To Have And To Hold. It was a very sweet, but at times heart-wrenching read. I loved Trina and Hunter. They drew me in right away. I was heart broken right along with them, when Hunter couldn't remember Trina or their life together. I went on a journey with them. I felt Hunter's fear of losing a year of his life, grieved with Trina, and rooted for their love the whole book. The only problem I had with this book was that it would switch from Hunter's POV to Trina's POV without warning. Then I would have to try to figure out who said or was thinking what. I really liked both Hunter's and Trina's daughters they gave cuteness to the story without taking it over. I loved the end it gave me the sweet HEA I crave. This book was a quick, touching read that give me a beautiful love story. This was my first time reading Serena Bell but it won't be my last.

My Review

3.5 You are what I need Stars

"Don't you have other women you can touch?" "Maybe. But you are the only woman I want to touch." "You certainly like playing with fire."-Delaney and Ethan

Forbidden Fling was an enjoyable read. It took me a little bit to get use to the third person writing style(for some reason 3rd person always takes me a minute to get use too) but once I did I really got into the story. I loved the whole modern Romeo and Juliet, star crossed, enemy families theme going on in this book. The drama kept me on edge wondering how they were going to ever be together and what would happen next.

"I've never wanted anyone the way I want you. It.......scares me."-Delaney

Ethan and Delaney were both likable and down to earth characters. I loved Delaney's sassy mouth and thick skin. She didn't take anyone's crap but didn't come off hateful. Ethan was very sexy and all that dirty talk he did upped his hotness points. They had some major chemistry and were burning up the pages with their passion.

"And I'm definitely ignoring this one, because as much as I might agree with you logically, every other part of me flat-out refuses to jump on board. Emotionally, physically, mentally, I only want to be with you. The last week has been miserable without you in it."-Ethan

Ethan's family drove me crazy. I loved it every time Ethan stood up to them. All the other secondary characters were intriguing. I really liked the little bit of Avery I got to see and I hope her book is next. Overall I really liked this read. The reason I gave it 3.5 stars is because I would have like more relationship development. There was plenty of sex and that is fine but I would have liked a little more quality time between the couple so I could have felt their love. Also I didn't like the abrupt ending. It was jarring. I went to turn the page and nothing it was over and I was like wow that's it. I will be reading Avery's book if and when it comes out!

"You are what I need."-Ethan

5 Finding Our Way Back To One Another Stars

Mild Spoilers

"I'm lost, baby. I'm so fuckin' lost and you're the only one to keep me from disintegrating."-Connor

OMG OMG OMFG!!!!! Connor I loved you. OMG this book. My feels........ Deep breath. Okay I have been dying for Connor's book ever since I put down Perfect Ruin last year. I just knew Connor's story would be an epic tearjerker, and it was. I bawled like a baby. Nashoda Rose really outdid herself with this book. And that is saying a lot because I have loved every book of hers that I have gotten my hands on. Perfect Rage took all my expectations and blew em out the water.

Connor was heartbreakingly beautiful. Talk about your damaged hero. Damn but my heart bled for him. Everything about him spoke to me. He just did it for me. He was protective, brave, a fighter that never gave up no matter how bad his demons were chasing him. He loved Alina and he wasn't afraid to show it. As I read this book there was no doubt in my mind that she was his world. That is a powerful kind of love. Alina was amazing too. I loved how sweet she was. How no matter how bad things were, or how many times she got her heart broke, she fought for her and Connor's love. She fought for Connor period. She wasn't physically kickass, but had a strength of character that shined through the pages, and was very brave. They both really were stand out characters that I won't forget .

"Love you so damn much, Alina." My heart nearly burst through my chest. "I don't want to hurt you. Tell me I won't hurt you." "You won't hurt me, Connor. I trust you."-Connor and Alina

I loved Connor and Alina's relationship. Their love was intense, deeply passionate, and all consuming. I felt connected to them as a couple. I loved them both so much. I was rooting for them the whole book. I loved the playful way they were with each other. Loved getting to see that playful side show through when they started to heal together again. But most of all I loved the way they felt real to me. I loved that they had this epic love story that reached through the book and touched my heart, made me cry, broke my heart, pieced it back together and gave me the warm fuzzies.

"Fuck, Alina. I need every single part of you." "Connor, you have me."-Connor and Alina

I loved Connor so much. I haven't read a hero that made me fall this deeply in love in a long while. I really enjoyed getting to catch up with Kai and London, Deck and Georgie. I was really fascinated with Vic and loved getting to know him. The reunion between Connor and Deck tore at my heart. I felt like I should look down and see if my heart was bleeding all over the floor. This book took me on an emotional journey with the sweetest ending. I loved every minute of the ride and it was so worth the wait. I can't wait to get my hands on Vic's book. Vic's so serious and hard, never smiling I can't wait to meet the woman that knocks him on his ass! Loved, Loved, Loved this book.
